创新技术包括:

  • 超高灵敏度,超高样品通量 — 独特的 StayClean 自清洁功能采用加热诱导脱溶剂专利技术(HSID),结合正交的质谱采样接口技术,大大增加质谱仪的正常运行时间。此外,溶剂化带电离子在高温气流中进一步去溶剂化,降低化学背景噪声的同时提高了信噪比。
  • 层流离子传输技术 — 离子穿过HSID质谱接口,经层流离子传输通道,进入质量分析器。整个离子传输过程由气流传导,无需轴向电场。因此离子传输系统不受电场波动影响,能始终保持优异的性能,无需频繁的仪器调谐和维护,显著提高质谱仪的工作效率。
  • 双离子源设计优于单离子源质谱 — QSight三重四极杆液质联用系统的双离子源由两个完全独立的离子源组成。离子源模式可采用ESI或者APCI离子源,或者任意双源组合如ESI/ESI,ESI/APCI和APCI/APCI等模式,同时在双源模式下可以进行极性切换采集。与单离子源的质谱仪相比,QSight三重四极杆液质联用仪的双离子源设计可在一次进样中进行多种电离方式快速切换,获得更多质谱数据。
  • 超快速正负离子模式切换 — QSight系统的UniField Detector 检测器在进行正离子模式检测时,正离子先打在高能打拿极上,释放出电子到脉冲计数检测器,在负离子模式检测时,负离子可直接打到脉冲计数检测器。因此无需进行高电压切换即可进行正负离子切换模式检测。极性转换仅需数微秒,正负模式同时检测,可显著提高质谱仪工作效率。
