    FGF23 (Human) AlphaLISA Detection Kit

    The AlphaLISA® immunoassay kit for human FGF23 enables the quantitative determination of human FGF23 in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants using a homogeneous AlphaLISA assay (no wash steps). The kit demonstrated no cross reactivity to FGF21 and very low reactivity to Mouse FGF23.

    AlphaLISA Human IL2 Biotin-Free Detection Kit is designed for the quantitative detection of human IL-2 in serum, cell culture medium, and other samples types using a homogeneous (no wash steps, no separation steps) assay. The biotin-free kit uses anti-DIG (anti-Digoxin) Donor beads instead of streptavidin Donor beads, which makes the kit compatible with high-biotin culture media and other sample types that contain high levels biotin (including brain/liver tissue extracts, milk and eggs).

The assay shows minimum cross-reactivity with ApoA1, ApoB, and ApoCIII. Crossreactivity with other species has not tested.

    Phospho-STAT3 (Tyr705) Terbium SureFire Ultra Detection Kit

    The Alpha SureFire® Ultra™ Multiplex kits allow the rapid, sensitive, and quantitative detection of two phosphoprotein targets in each well of an assay plate. This kit can be used in combination with any AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra assay to detect phospho-STAT3 (Tyr705) in a multiplexed assay.
  • Chloramphenicol Biotin-free AlphaLISA Detection Kit

    The AlphaLISA® biotin-free immunoassay kit for chloramphenicol enables the quantitative determination of chloramphenicol in buffered solution, milk and cell culture supernatants using a homogeneous AlphaLISA assay (no wash steps). The kit utilizes a Digoxigenin (DIG) / Anti-DIG interaction as opposed to the traditional Streptavidin/Biotin interaction. This enables optimal performance when working with biotin-rich media (e.g. RPMI) or samples containing endogenous biotin.

    AlphaScreen SureFire S6RP (p-Ser235;Ser236) Assay Kit

    The AlphaScreen® SureFire® p-Ribosomal Protein S6 (p-Ser235/236) assay is a sandwich immunoassay for quantitative detection of phospho-RP S6 (phosphorylated on Ser235/236) in cellular lysates using Alpha Technology. Please note that an AlphaScreen Protein A kit, which contains the Alpha Beads necessary to run this assay, needs to be purchased separately, in addition to the AlphaScreen SureFire kit.
